Hyundai’s Alto rivalling Eon hatchback is up for an upgrade. Launched in India in October 2011, the small hatchback could not fetch desirable numbers as expected. While the fluidic design language caught attention, the hatchback was considered to be a bit overpriced. Currently the Eon line-up is available with petrol and LPG fuel options missing out on the diesel variants.

Hyundai Eon facelift will sport Fluidic Sculpture 2.0 design language; hence expect prominent tweaks on the exteriors. Cabin will also undergo slight change but mechanically, the hatchback will remain unchanged housing same set of engines.  lakh, the facelifted version will reportedly go on sale in the first quarter of 2017.
